Product Description

RBD Palm Kernel Olein is a fully refined, non-hydrogenated and fractionated vegetable fat of lauric origin.

Applications

Suitable as pan release agent and spray oil in biscuits and crackers, milk-fat replacer in soft ice cream mixes, and compound chocolate coating for chilled confectionery.
